Where can a 19 year old play poker?

I am looking for poker tournament major ones such as the WPT or WSOP some do happen to be out of the country and which places do you have to be 19 or 18 to play

   Most of the Canadian provinces have chamionships each year and I believe there is a national Championship as well. The minimum age is 18 or 19 in all Provinces.
