I’ve been following the 2007 WSOP online, and they sat the last 10 players of the Main Event at one table. But they didn’t quit for the evening until they eliminated one more. Only THEN was it considered a final table. If the tables are too small for 10, then why seat them there at all? And if it’s a tradition, where did it come from?
